Welcome to BIFY. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use BIFY.

2. Account & Wallet

BIFY is non-custodial. You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Loss of access to your wallet means loss of access to your assets.

3. NFTs & RWAs

You may only mint or list content you own or have the rights to. Real-world assets listed on BIFY must be accurately represented and verifiable.

4. Fees & Transactions

All transactions on BIFY are processed via smart contracts and are irreversible. Platform fees may apply and will be clearly stated before confirmation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use BIFY for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Violate intellectual property rights
Spam or manipulate platform mechanics (e.g., wash trading)

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for users who violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BIFY is provided "as is". We do not guarantee asset value, future returns, or uninterrupted service. Users assume all responsibility when using the platform.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of BIFY implies acceptance of any changes.
